{ Let’s talk “Best By” Dates! Remember, this is not your Expiration date but rather the date that your baked good has its best flavor & freshness – as long as you treat it well. If the label lists, “Keep Refrigerated” OR “Store in a Cool/Dry Place” do that! Baked goods are usually best enjoyed at room temperature but you do you boo. Common practice for food safety dictates that you only leave perishable items out of the fridge for 4 hours (with a max of 6 hours) always out of direct sunlight and heat sources. Treat them well and they will do likewise to you. Stay sweet! }
